Bookings
With regard to email appointments, we cannot guarantee availability until your request has been confirmed by one of our therapists. We recommend that you book at least one week in advance to ensure the time that suits your requirements. Over busy periods, we can be booked out up to 10 days in advance.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and EFT cards.
What if I am late for my appointment?: Arriving late will you give you less time in which to finish your treatment and hence your treatment will be customized in this instance. To ensure that our next guest is not inconvenienced we will always finish your treatment on time, regardless of the time of your arrival at no reduced price.

Appointment Confirmations
We will call you the day before your appointment to ensure your booking is still suitable.
